Service Description

Service: Professional polygraph examination conducted by a certified examiner. Included: Pre-test interview, up to 4 relevant questions, complete polygraph test, and same-day results. Results Provided: Pass, Fail, or Inconclusive for each question (delivered end of day). Examinee Only: Only the examinee is permitted during the test; spouses/partners may attend the pre-test interview. Policy: Non-refundable booking fee. One reschedule allowed with 48 hours’ notice; otherwise $125 rescheduling fee applies. No-shows or arrivals 15+ minutes late are considered a forfeit.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we have a strict cancellation policy and do not offer refunds due to the specialized nature of our service. However, we allow one reschedule if we are notified at least 48 hours before the appointment. In the case of a no-show, rescheduling will not be permitted. Our skilled polygraph examiner invests substantial time and expertise in preparing for your appointment, including reviewing pertinent information and arranging the necessary equipment.
