Private Investigator Rates & Fees — Sarasota Florida
Standard casework is billed hourly or at a specialized flat rate. For all general investigations and surveillance engagements, an investigative minimum retainer of $1,500 is required.
Our standard hourly rate is $150 per hour, per investigator.
Surveillance Services: All surveillance assignments require a minimum of four (4) hours per day, regardless of whether the actual surveillance shift is less than the four-hour minimum, unless otherwise approved in the service agreement.
Terms of Service & Retainer Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of investigative work and the immediate allocation of high-level resources, specialized equipment, and man-hours:

Non-Refundable Policy: All retainers and flat-fee payments are considered fully earned upon receipt.

Commitment of Resources: Once a retainer is paid, those hours are dedicated exclusively to your case, and we may decline other assignments to ensure your investigation receives priority.

Credit for Future Use: While we do not offer refunds, any unused hours from a retainer remain on file as a credit and may be applied toward future investigative services.
